It's a Wrap.... What will you do with it now?
Women and Gospel Learning in the Home by Henry B Eyring
Lesson led by Gentry Wright
Have you read the Proclamation to the Family recently?
If so you may have noticed that sisters have a great responsibility in their homes!
We are called as nurturers. So what does it mean to nurture? The definition of nurture is: to care for and encourage the growth and development of something or someone.
What a marvelous and overwhelming calling this can be. But we have been given many tools to help us accomplish this work. The two fundamental things we must do to help nurture and grow the Gospel in our homes is scripture study and prayer.
These seem so simple and yet do we all make time to do them?
Gentry shared Julie Beck's talk 'Women Who Know' with us to help us as we strive to prioritize gospel learning in our home. Attached you will find the video. As you watch it we hope you will celebrate all of the good that you are already doing within your homes and find ways you can implement beneficial changes that may help nurture your family's testimonies and create an atmosphere of gospel learning within your homes.

Ministering to our Sisters
Develop the Empathy to Minister
Ministering is lifting. We can lift others as we try to understand what they are experiencing and show that we are willing to walk with them.
As you consider the circumstances of those you minister to, imagine being in their situation and what you would find most helpful if you were in their shoes. Pray to understand how they feel and follow through. Your response may be simple, but it will be meaningful.
------------------
The elders quorum president and the Relief Society president communicate important needs directly to the bishop and will receive counsel and direction from him.
"A new name, new flexibility, and fewer reports will not make one ounce of difference in our service unless we see this as an invitation to care for one another in a bold new holier way."
Prayers for....
