Stake Conference
It was humbling and indpirational to attend Stake Conference, with Elder Roney as our visiting General Authority.
As we listened to uplifting messages from Elder Roney, President Wilkenson and members of our stake, including Roberta Sherman from our ward, we were reminded that our burdens may not go away, but they can be made lighter when we trust in the Lord.

Ministering is Testifying
The flexibility of ministering can increase our opportunities to share testimony in formal and informal ways. You can bear your testimony and strengthen your sisters...
A testimony doesn’t need to begin with the phrase, “I’d like to bear my testimony,” and it doesn’t need to end with, “In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.” A testimony is an expression of what we believe and know to be true. So to visit with a sister about a problem she is having and to say, “I know that God answers prayers,” can be as powerful as any testimony shared from the pulpit at church. The power doesn’t come from flowery language; it comes from the Holy Ghost confirming truth.

Leslie Elmer is in Montana helping her daughter recover from a surgery. There's been some setbacks and hard things that they are dealing with and Leslie reached out to ask for prayers from her Saratoga Springs friends. Please pray for her to have the strength and endurance to continue to help her daughter and family and that things may improve soon so she can come home. She also asks if you want to contact her to do it through email as phone service is very spotty where she is at. Her birthday is coming up on March 29th and the best way to help her feel loved is through email as she won't be home to receive your thoughtful gifts and hugs.
